By using the Service (the website tre.ma or the Trema Manager mobile application) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Definitions
Service: Trema platform: public pages at tre.ma and Trema Manager mobile app.
User / You: any person or organization accessing or using the Service.
Owners / Page Owners: users that create and manage Trema pages via the App.
User Content: images, videos, text and other content uploaded by users.
2. Eligibility
The App and owner features are intended for professional users aged 18+. By using the Service you warrant that you are 18 or older and have authority to accept these Terms.
3. Account & Authentication
You may register using Google sign-in or an email/password. Keep credentials confidential.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. User Content; License & Display
You retain all rights in the content you upload.
By uploading User Content you grant MDNCT OÜ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to host, copy, store, cache, display, distribute and make your content available on tre.ma and through the Service as necessary to provide and operate the Service.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights needed to grant this license and that your content does not violate law or third-party rights.
5. Public nature of pages
Pages created through Trema are public and accessible under tre.ma. If you request deletion of your account, your public page will be removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Moderation, reporting and takedown
We do not pre-screen content. We reserve the right to remove or disable content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Use the in-app report feature or email privacy@tre.ma to report infringing or unlawful content. We will investigate and may remove content. For copyright complaints follow the DMCA-style instructions in the Privacy Policy.
7. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
Upload illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene or hateful content.
Attempt to disrupt the Service, reverse-engineer the App, or access other accounts without authorization.
Use the Service to send spam or mass unsolicited communications.
Violation may result in content removal, suspension or termination of your account.
8. Payments and fees
The current release includes no in-app purchases. In future releases we may introduce paid features and payment processing (for example via Stripe). If and when introduced, paid features will be described in the App and billed as specified at the time of purchase.
Refunds, cancellations, and billing policies will be posted in the App at the time paid features are enabled.
9. Intellectual Property
MDNCT OÜ owns the trademarks, service marks, logos and other intellectual property used to provide the Service. Except for the license you grant for User Content, nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of MDNCT OÜ intellectual property to you.
10. Warranties; disclaimers
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee continuous or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MDNCT OÜ’s aggregate liability arising under or relating to these Terms will not exceed the total fees paid by you to MDNCT OÜ in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to liability (if any). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless MDNCT OÜ from any claim, liability, damages or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content or your violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or for inactivity. On termination, the license granted for User Content terminates, and you may request deletion as set out in the Privacy Policy.
14. Governing law; disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Estonian courts for disputes arising out of or related to these Terms.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update the Terms. We will publish changes on about.tre.ma/terms and provide notice where required. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
